Efficiency East Midlands Consortium has been approved by the Homes and Communities Agency for the creation of frameworks. The current membership comprises ALMO’s RSL’s and Local Authorities. Each member is committed to collaborative working with each other, the supply chain and other consortia. Nottingham City Homes is the accountable body for the consortium and the lead authority for all Frameworks.
