Nottingham City Homes formed as an Arms Length Management Organisation (ALMO) in April 2005 taking over the responsibility for managing the homes owned by Nottingham City Council. With 29,000 tenancies, 1,000 Leaseholders and over 1,000 employees we are one of the largest ALMO’s in the UK. We are also the Accountable Body of the Efficiency East Midlands Consortium that has been approved by the Homes and Communities Agency acting as the lead organisation for the creation of frameworks and tenders. There are currently 15 members in Efficiency East Midlands with an aggregated housing stock of 131,160.
