Description

Nottinghamshire County Council (the 'Council') seeks expressions of interest from suitably experienced and accredited organisations to provide Audio Visual (AV) Solutions and Services to the authority and the County's schools. To advise, survey, supply and install a wide range of audio solutions and AV equipment including, but not limited to interactive white boards, digital signage, interactive televisions, multimedia equipment and projectors to Council services and locations in Nottinghamshire. This may include installations for school and Council halls and theatres. To supply a support and maintenance and repair schedule for AV equipment that are currently installed. Suppliers are required to submit proposals covering both break/fix repairs for IWB, projector, or cabling/leads faults, associated AV equipment, and planned maintenance support for projectors. This may include or exclude the provision of consumable items i.e. lamps and whiteboard pens, dependent upon competitive pricing from the supplier. This contract will be available to other authorities in the East Midlands. This is a framework agreement for use by ICT Services on behalf of all the council corporate sites and its 343 schools. This will be a call-off agreement with a sole supplier.
